When you place an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. We will send you an order confirmation email when your order is accepted. No contract is formed until we send the confirmation.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product availability, but items are not guaranteed to be in stock. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternative options or a full refund.
Prices do not include applicable taxes (GST/HST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before checkout. We currently offer free shipping across Canada for book orders. Shipping times may vary based on location.
Payment is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to process your payment. You represent that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided. You agree to pay all charges incurred, including taxes and shipping fees.

Cancellation is effective immediately upon request. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle. However, you will not receive a refund for any charges already incurred.
We reserve the right to modify membership benefits, features, or pricing at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email. Your continued use of your membership constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Pre-orders for the Quest 4 Talent book may be cancelled at any time before the ship date for a full refund. No questions asked.
Once your order has shipped, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. To avoid charges, cancel your membership before your renewal date.
